Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
1. Who we are
These terms apply to any call you book with FrontDesk Core Ltd, a UK registered company, and to any service you purchase from us. By booking a call or engaging us for a project, you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not book a call or purchase a service.
2. Our services
We provide website design and development, an AI voice receptionist service, AI automations, an AI Visibility Audit, and related digital strategy consulting. A free introductory call, including our AI Visibility Audit review call, is exactly that, free, with no obligation to buy anything. Any paid work is agreed separately in writing, with its own scope and price, before we begin.
3. No guaranteed placement on third party platforms
Our AI Visibility Audit and any related implementation work assess and aim to improve how your business appears in answers generated by third party AI systems, including but not limited to ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Google Gemini, and Perplexity. These platforms are owned and operated by third parties. We do not control, and cannot guarantee, whether, when, or how often your business is mentioned, recommended, or cited by any of them. Any findings we share reflect a limited sample taken at a specific point in time, not a permanent or complete measurement, and results on these platforms can change at any time for reasons outside our control.
Similarly, we do not guarantee specific rankings on Google search, a specific volume of enquiries, leads, bookings, or revenue as a result of any service we provide. We commit to delivering the scoped work agreed in writing, using reasonable skill and care.
4. Booking, cancellation, and rescheduling
Free calls are booked through our scheduling system. Please give us as much notice as you can if you need to reschedule or cancel. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a call with reasonable notice if something unavoidable comes up on our end.
For paid projects, the specific payment schedule, deposit, and cancellation terms are set out in your individual proposal or contract, which takes precedence over this general statement.
5. Payment
Fees for paid services are agreed in writing before work begins, and are payable on the terms stated in your proposal or invoice. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, fees for work already carried out are non refundable. Late payment may result in work being paused until payment is received.
6. Intellectual property
Once you have paid for a project in full, you own the specific deliverables created for you, such as your website or audit report, excluding any third party tools, code libraries, stock assets, or our own pre existing methods and frameworks, which remain licensed for your use rather than transferred. Until full payment is received, all deliverables remain our property.
7. Confidentiality
We treat information you share with us about your business as confidential, and we will not disclose it to third parties except where needed to deliver the service, such as to the providers listed in our Privacy Policy, or where required by law.
8. Limitation of liability
We provide our services with reasonable skill and care, but to the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity. Our total liability arising from any service, in contract, tort, or otherwise, is limited to the fees you paid us for that specific service in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.
9. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your business, respond to requests for approval or access in a reasonable time, and ensure you hold the necessary rights to any content, images, or material you give us to use in your project. Delays caused by late responses or missing access on your side may affect our delivery timelines.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute arising from them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you book a call or agree a project is the version that applies to you.
12. Contact
Questions about these terms can be sent to contact@frontdeskcore.co.uk.
